Ramkishan Lodha is a seasoned expert in workforce development and skill training, currently serving as the National Head of RVS Skill Academy and Founder & Director of Shivmay Trancon Pvt. Ltd.
He began his career in human resources and training, gaining deep insights into the evolving needs of various industries. His early experience in talent development helped him understand the challenges organizations face in hiring job-ready candidates.
